Hollyleaf's Insanity- Chapter 6

Firestar's green eyes were narrowed, and he was lashing his tail side to side, sending up the sand from the lake. Hollyleaf gulped. She knew that he knew..her deepest secret of all time, that she killed those cats from the Clan.
"Why?" Firestar asked, as if he knew what she was thinking. The black she-cat narrowed her eyes and unsheathed her claws, sinking them into the sand, imagining that she was sinking them into her leader's ginger pelt.
"Because I wanted to! The warrior code is dead, so what's the point of following it? Leafpool destroyed it!" Hollyleaf snarled, and her fur bristled. Firestar shook his head. "The warrior code is still in our hearts," he mewed. "You do know what's going to happen now, don't you?" He looked up at her, his green eyes round, ears pricked.
Hollyleaf just shook her head, but, feeling waves of hate surging through her, the black she-cat lashed her bushy tail. "If you're going to banish me from the Clan, then fine!" she hissed. "I don't care if you do! That Clan is full of traitors! Even my brothers! They're all traitors!"
Firestar sighed. "They were not traitors, Hollyleaf," he mewed. "You were wrong to think that. Everyone here loved you, even your mother, Leafpool."
"Leafpool!" Hollyleaf snarled. Her teeth were bared, showing the white fangs under her lips. Firestar flinched, as if he half-expected her to leap at him. At first, she thought about it, but then realized that he still had a few lives left..then told herself it wasn't worth it. Those stinking starry cats from StarClan would only bring him back to life, again, and again..and again. It really wasn't worth it. She dug her claws deeper into the tan sand, trying to control her anger.
"Hollyleaf, you are no longer invited to ThunderClan. You will now be banished." He said, looking up at her. "I will give you a whole day to leave our territory, but if any of my warriors see you in ThunderClan territory, they will have my permission to kill you." The orange leader twisted around and padded away, without waiting for the black warrior to reply.

Oh, I won't leave just yet, Firestar. Hollyleaf thought, as she watched him growing smaller and smaller as he padded farther away. There's just one more cat here I want to kill. One more...one more that caused all of this mess here in the Clans. Hollyleaf looked up, finding a big black feather lightly falling down onto the sandy area. She snatched it with her claws, then brought it down, narrowing her eyes. Her paws were covering it only halfway, and she enjoyed sinking her claws into the black feather..imagining it to be a cat's body...a gray-black cat with blue eyes. A male cat that used to be her so-called mother's mate. She sniffed the feather, smelling the sharp foul scent. It smelled like a crow. The feather was a crow's feather.
I'm going to do it, she thought. I'm going to kill Crowfeather.
